You are welcome to the Department of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, a department that has produced a team of resourceful professionals for both private and public sectors of the national economy and the world at large. The achievement of this feat is credited to the vision and mission statements of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. The department continues to explore new grounds towards supplying manpower requirements to drive national industrial growth. It is one of the six departments established at the inception of the Institution in the 1979/80 academic session while running a four (4) year Nigerian National Diploma (NND) programme.
