Summary of Profile
Florence F. Adeosun is currently a Chief lecturer at the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, Federal Polytechnic Ilaro with over 17 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. She holds an M.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Her research is inclined to improve the indigenous food system, promoting skills and practices for better nutrition outcomes. Mrs. Adeosun has authored and co-authored journal publications and also presented papers at academic conferences. She is actively involved in experimental-based research activities in nutrition and public health. Mrs Adeosun is a member of different professional bodies including the Nutrition Society of Nigeria. She has participated in grants and projects as the principal investigator and investigator. She was involved in conducting an Oxfam Line Sponsored Nutrition Project coordinated by NutriHeal Integrated Concept.
