BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS
This is to inform all fully paid and registered NDI, HNDI, and PT I Students that Biometric registration in the Polytechnic commences on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the PTDF Centre, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
The Polytechnic is introducing this new system to enhance the efficiency of student affairs' management to all categories of students with a view to monitoring attendance at lectures, hostel movements, examinations, and allowing access to essential facilities.
Be informed that non-compliance with this process, will adversely affect access to relevant facilities on the campus by the students.
To this end, all students are expected to make themselves available at the PTDF Centre for Biometric capturing which is strictly for students who have completed payment of fees/service charges as appropriate.
Meanwhile, new students are to pay at the Ilaro PolyMicrofinance Bank for passport photographs before proceeding to the PTDF Centre for Biometric capturing which is also a requirement for physical registration, documentation and registration at various School Offices.
All successfully registered students are required to proceed to the Registry Department for processing of their Identity Cards.
Note: For the off-campus Students, Landlords may request for Identity Cards as a requirement for off-campus accommodation.
Students are hereby advised in their own interest to go through the process of this exercise independently to avoid any fraudulent act by unscrupulous persons who may be asking for money for possible assistance.
