MANDATORY PRESENTATION OF IDENTITY CARDS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR SECOND SEMESTER 2024/2025 EXAMINATIONS

This is to inform all students that the Second Semester 2024/2025 Examinations will commence on Monday, August 4, 2025. As part of the requirements for admission into the examination halls, students must present the following documents:

  1. Valid Student Identity Card
  2. School Fees Payment Receipt
  3. Course Registration Form

Please note that only original, valid student identity cards will be accepted. The use of temporary identity cards is strictly prohibited during the examinations.

All students who are yet to collect their identity cards are advised to do so without delay from the appropriate office.

Students are reminded to strictly comply with all examination rules and regulations. Any act of examination malpractice will attract severe disciplinary action, in line with the provisions of the Polytechnic's Students' Handbook.

All students are therefore advised to conduct themselves responsibly and in a manner that reflects the integrity, discipline, and academic standards of The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
