NON-PAYMENT OF APPROVED SERVICE CHARGES BY NEW STUDENTS

The Management of The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro has observed with serious concern that a significant number of newly admitted students—specifically Full-Time ND I, Part-Time ND I and HND I students have failed to pay the approved Service Charges for the current Academic Session.

Payment of Service Charges is mandatory, not optional. These charges cover essential services and facilities provided to students and form part of the requirements for registration. Failure to comply constitutes a breach of Polytechnic regulations.

Concerned students are hereby strongly directed to pay all outstanding Service Charges on or before Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Students who fail to comply will not be allowed to participate in academic activities, including lectures, examinations, and other official engagements of the Polytechnic.

Students are advised to treat this memo with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and to avoid any action that may jeopardize their studentship.

For the avoidance of doubt, no excuses will be entertained after the deadline.
