PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES AND ACCESS TO 2025/2026 FIRST SEMESTER EXAMINATION
Management has regrettably observed that a significant number of returning Students are yet to pay the approved Service Charges of the Institution.
This development is adversely affecting planning and logistics for the forthcoming 2025/2026 First Semester Examinations.
Students are hereby informed that attendance at the Examination will be strictly Biometric. Consequently, only Students who possess the 2025/2026 Student Identification Card will be eligible to participate in the Examinations.
Accordingly:
- 1. Students (Both Old and New) without the Student Identification Card will not be allowed to sit for the forthcoming Examinations;
- 2. With immediate effect, Lecturers are directed not to permit any Student — NDI, ND II, HND I, HND II, PT NDI, ND II, and PT HND I and ODFel Programmes (Old and New)— without a valid 2025/2026 Identification Card to attend Lectures or Tests;
- 3. The Medical Director is to attend only to Students (Old and New) who present a valid Student Identification Card; and
- 4. Access to the Library, ICT facilities, Innovation Centre, Studios, Laboratories, and Workshops shall strictly be based on the presentation of a valid 2025/2026 Identification Card.
In addition, Management will embark on an “Operation Show Your Receipt and ID Card” exercise next week. During this period, Students will be required to present evidence of payment (official receipt) alongside their valid Identification Card before being granted access to any facility within the Institution.
Students are therefore clearly informed:
No Current Identification Card, No Access to Institutional Facilities and No First Semester Examination.
All affected Students are advised to regularise their status without further delay.
Please be guided accordingly.
