REUPLOADING OF PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE FOR IDENTITTY CARD CAPTURING

The Management’s Memo Ref. No.: R/SEC/SM/Vol. XIV/154 dated 19th February, 2024 on the above subject refers. 

It has been observed that majority of the student populace are yet to Re-Upload their Passport Photographs and Signatures on the Portal for the purpose of Identity Card production.  

It was clearly stated in that Memo that the Institution’s Identity Card Production Crew made it known that lot of challenges were being faced on the already uploaded Passport photographs and Signatures hence, the need for new ones.

In view of the non-responsive attitude of majority of the Students, the Management is giving a final extension of two weeks deadline which shall expire on Monday, 25th March, 2024 to all concerned Students to do the needful.

Let it be categorically noted that New Students without Identity Cards will not be allowed to matriculate and that no Student (either new or returning) will be admitted into the Examination Hall.
