Summary of Profile

Dr Samuel Dare Oluwagbayide: is a Senior Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria with B. Eng. in Agricultural Engineering - 2000, M.Sc. in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering 2006 and Ph.D. in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering - 2021).

He has more than 14 years of Academic, Research and Teaching experience. He has taught and is currently teaching 10 courses in National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels. He has supervised several students’ projects both at ND and HND levels. His area of specialty is soil water conservation (major in Irrigation Engineering and Management). The research interest includes: Water resources management on croplands, water use efficiency, irrigation scheduling, water quality management, air particulate matter, effects of pollution on air quality and agricultural waste management. He is a recipient of Australia Awards Fellowship in Soil and Water Conservation Agriculture, held at University of Queensland, Brisbane, AUSTRALIA in 2014. He has excellent skills in data analysis and knowledgeable in SPSS. He has authored one book in addition with over 23 journal publications and 18 conference proceedings.
