WELCOME TO FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC ILARO

Insurance department was established in accordance with the decree of Polytechnic rules and regulation from accountancy Department by the Head of Department Dr. S. R. Muhammed in the school of Management Studies. Prior to its establishment as a course, insurance was taken as a course in the Accountancy department. National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) on 15th July, 2015 visited for the Resource Inspection of the programme and was given a provisional accreditation on 25th July, 2015, for the department to commence admission for the first set of students of the department. The pioneer Head of Department of Insurance is Mr. Raji, Oladeinde Akeem with other five (5) Lecturers namely Mr....
