The National Diploma in Hospitality Management is designed to produce graduates supervising appropriate departments in hospitality organizations. At the end of the course, the graduates should be able to; Produce Nigeria and international dishes using both local and imported food commodities. Organize accomodation in hospitality establishments. Supervise restaurants and bar operations hospitality establishments. Supervise appropraite departments in hospitality organizations. Manage small to meduim sized hospitality establishments effectively.
